How can you keep your child warm and dry on cross-country skiing excursions?
We advise you to follow the 3-layer technique.
Layer 1: second skin (technical base layer) that provides moisture-wicking to keep the skin dry.
Layer 2: insulating (T-shirt, fleece) that provides warmth as well as moisture-wicking.
Layer 3: Protective outer (jacket) that protects from bad weather: wind, snow and cold.
Opt for breathable clothing and adapt the number of layers according to the intensity level of the exercise and the weather conditions.
A score for comparing a product's environmental impact
The product's environmental impact is calculated over its entire lifecycle using various indicators. An overall score from A to E is given to help you easily identify the most eco-friendly products by comparing products of the same type (T-shirts, pants, rucksacks, etc.) with each other.
Decathlon actively promotes this environmental rating system.
