The original fork on your grey Riverside 120 in size L, also compatible with the Riverside 100

Fork steerer tube length: 214 mm
1" 1/8

For size M: cut at 194 mm
For size S : cut at 164 mm

For both sizes, you will have to then thread and create a groove on the steerer tube. This job needs to be done with care. Contact a workshop with the skillset ensuring it can be done properly.
