Why wear a relaxation mask?
The eye pillow helps you to unwind during the relaxation phase. The weight of the flaxseed gently presses on the eyeballs to surround you with darkness. Focus on your breathing, the flow of energy, and your awareness of the different parts of your body so that you can really relax.
One or two drops of lavender or petitgrain essential oil on the mask (not in contact with your eyes) will help with grounding and the feeling of well-being.
How to use the eye pillow
The eye pillow applies gentle pressure on your eyes. It helps you to unwind and relax at the end of your nidra yoga or restorative yoga class. It helps to relax the face muscles and promotes blood circulation. It's also perfect for meditation. You can put the pillow in the fridge for a cooling effect or in the microwave for a few seconds to make it a bit warm.
