Why opt for WHEY PROTEIN?
With the goal of in mind, we've created this vanilla whey protein.
We wanted it to be both effective, with 22 g of protein per shaker, and delicious, with bourbon vanilla flavouring.
Why we didn't include a measuring scoop in the Whey Protein pack
In keeping with our commitment to robustness, we made the choice to NOT INCLUDE A PLASTIC MEASURING SCOOP in the pack.
This decision was validated by our sports testers! 85% found it justified to exclude a disposable plastic spoon from this product.
How to measure the Whey Protein
Mix 150 ml of water with 35 g (or 3 heaped tablespoons) of whey protein in a shaker with a sieve.
You can increase or decrease the quantity of water as needed.
Shake for 30 seconds and enjoy.
For a creamier shake, you can mix your Whey Protein with 150 ml of animal or plant milk.
Drink the shake within an hour of making it.
Mixing the whey protein
This product does not contain lecithin. Lecithin is usually found in protein powders to help it dissolve in water or milk and prevent lumps.
So you may find some clumps of powder in the sieve or the neck of your shaker when mixing.
When should you take Whey Protein?
Drink the shake within 30 minutes after your workout while you're still recovering.
We recommend washing your shaker immediately after use.
You can supplement your diet with a shaker of Whey Protein at breakfast or before a workout.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
