Recommendations for use
We recommend that you use this product for low-intensity or short physical activity. Drink small quantities before and after exercise at 10- to 15-minute intervals.
If your workout exceeds 1 hour, it is important that you also consume gels and/or energy bars (totalling 30g of carbohydrates per hour, for workouts of less than 3 hours).
